We start by meeting via video link where you talk about your challenges and what you would like help with and to what extent (approximate time).

If you want to move forward after that, we will agree on what tasks will be included in the assignment and the maximum number of hours you need help with in the coming week/weeks or months.

YOU HAVE NO COMMITMENT PERIOD!

If you hire a regular consulting company, you will need to commit to at least 3 months (often more).

If you hire a consultant part-time through a consulting company (which can be difficult as they usually want to hire full-time), that consultant will probably need to perform all the tasks in one day. This means that you have enough tasks for the consultant to perform on the day they come to the office and that the tasks can be performed on, for example, a Tuesday and are not dependent on quick completion on another day of the week. Something that is difficult if you are dealing with, for example, customer contacts.

When you work with me, there is a completely different flexibility for when tasks can be performed. I can usually spend time on the tasks every day, which means that nothing accumulates and processes go faster.

I work completely remotely and you do not need to provide me with a workplace, computer, phone, subscription, software, etc.

If you want to cancel or pause the work for a period, it can be done without any binding periods or fees.
